To be added to the database for OOC and IC we ask that all members fill out the following form. Any additional character accounts you choose to have should have the form filled out once their biography is accepted by a staff member. Post the form as a reply to this topic. A staff member will quote and confirm the addition has been done. If you find you have waited longer than 24-48 hours to be added or your biography to be accepted, please ping Noella in discord.
