OoC account creation revoked

I've taken the liberty of abolishing the need for OOC accounts. I've come to realize it's simpler having character accounts. When it comes to knowing who's character is whos, you will put your discord name that you go by as the "played by" field.

If you had a character account, your character was deleted and the info moved to your ooc account and the username for that account updated to your character (with permission). I hope this makes it a lot easier for a lot of the new folks not accustomed to forum roleplay.

Please note, all future characters members who want to create will need their own account and tagged with the same discord account as your first character account. We will have an account switch widget added when there is demand for it. For now though everyone only has one character.

The New-User guide has been updated with the new information and the Out of Character Database topic removed. Our database is the Hierarchy topic. The Database Submissions topic has also been updated to only need one form submitted after character biographies are completed and accepted.
